Recipe: Ginger and Dandelion Soak

Benefits: 
Ginger helps dispel pathogenic cold. Dandelion helps dispel pathogenic heat and toxins. It helps relieve symptoms of flu with fever or headache.


Ingredients:

 Ginger (50g)
dandelion (50g)

Directions: 

Cook ingredients in water. 
Add soup to hot water in a basin. 
Soak for around 20 minutes or until there's a slight sweat.
