Recipe: Ginger Puer Tisanes


Ingredients:

Thumb size ginger
1/2 tsp puer tea
 12 oz water.

Method:

Bruise the ginger and add to water in a non-metalic pot.
Add the Puer tea.
Bring to a simmer for 15 mins.
Strain and drink warm or hot.
