Dietary basics



  1. Simple food combinations
  2.  No overeating
  3. Always freshly picked, organic, locally sourced fruits and vegetables
  4.  Root vegetables which nourish our own roots
  5. Little or no animal flesh  

 Avoid or consume conservatively
  1.   Alcohol
  2.  Coffeeeven decaf
  3.  Black tea and Soft drinks
  4.  Fried, Greasy and Rich foods
  5.  Regular consumption of tropical fruits and juices
  6.  All processed and junk foods.
